Scheduling and inspection.
A scheduled visit begins with an inspection. Pricing for any treatment, sealing or repair work is explained after the inspection and before work begins, based on what the technician actually finds on site.
Scope of work.
Work performed is limited to what was agreed to after the inspection. Any additional work discovered during a visit is explained and agreed to separately before it is carried out.
Cancellations and follow-up.
Follow-up visits to check traps or confirm sealing are scheduled as part of the original job where applicable. Rescheduling is handled by calling the same line used to book the original visit.
